Thoughts on Life & Death (Cont.)

If you haven’t seen Randy Pausch’s ‘Last Lecture’ where he shares his thoughts on life & death, you’re missing out. I couldn’t agree more with his approach to making the most of life despite a rapidly impending death.

I’ve embedded Randy’s full lecture below (1h 15m)

Some of you may prefer this shortened (12 min) version he provided on Oprah.

& for some different thoughts with the same aim, you might enjoy this podcast where I share some of my personal strategies for keeping it positive despite impending death. Enjoy!

Tally Hall – Good Day – Breathtaking!

I don’t normally post music videos (in fact this is the first one ever), but being the most amazing video editing I’ve ever seen I wanted to share it with you. Watch it full screen if you want to catch the hidden stuff.

Back in Business!

Sorry for the delay between postings. I moved to Ann Arbor, started work at Google, went a while without internet, etc. I made a quick video of the new apartment a few days ago & am posting it here for those interested. I realize exposing what a cornball I am may disqualify myself from any position of major responsibility in the future, but I am fine with that. I’m an eccentric individual & I’ve learned enough to be confident & happy in my entrepreneurial\business endeavors regardless of being a total nerd. w/o further ado, the new apartment!

Godzilla Cat Returns

Eight years ago I made a video called Godzilla Cat. Some people may consider it my crowning achievement of high school. The quality of the video is poor since I left it in my trunk through heat and snow for 3 years straight, but you can still make out what’s going on. I uploaded Godzilla Cat to Google Video about a year ago and forgot about it. As I randomly check on it today, I see it’s been viewed 4,405 times and downloaded 32 times. I didn’t promote it at all – so how did people end up finding it?

If you Google for “godzilla cat” it’s one of the top results, so maybe people are randomly typing that in and finding the video. The comments\feedback are great, and the video’s been rated with 4.5 of 5 stars by the random people who’ve come across it. In that spirit, I’m reposting the video here to give it a little spotlight. The story was never completed, so it’s best to pretend Godzilla Cat killed the last surviving camera man. I give you, Godzilla Cat.
