Mike Anuzis, Died in World War II.
I didn’t know there was another Mike Anuzis… Apparently he died in World War II… His name is engraved on a memorial in Georgetown, Illinois. I’d like to visit one day to pay my respects.

A noble quest!
Nope. Mike Anuzis (a relative of mine) died in Georgetown on May 25, 1959, age 43. He had been a master sergeant during WWII, and also served in Korea. I’m guessing that memorial was honoring the local boys who served in the war. Georgetown’s pretty tiny. … He’s buried in the Lithuanian National Cemetery in Georgetown.
