Not to mention awareness...you would think someone would add intonations to *important* parts of speech, not brain-farts or unintentional attempts to fill time.

I feel bad for the organization and anyone else who was an active part of that event. The &quot;Uh&#039;s&quot; and &quot;Um&#039;s&quot; could be such a cause for distraction and annoyance that their spilloff effect would have much more impact than on just the speaker&#039;s reputation alone.</description>
